Schools that are accepted into the program will be notified by Friday, March 13, 2026

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. Submission of a response does not create any obligation on the part of Sapien Labs or its Schools for Strong Minds program to select a respondent, enter negotiations, or award a contract. Sapien Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate this RFP at any time. Sapien Labs is a privately funded nonprofit organization and does not use public funds in connection with the Schools for Strong Minds program. Accordingly, responses and related materials are not subject to public procurement requirements. Any materials submitted in response to this RFP will be treated as confidential to the extent permitted by applicable law; however, respondents should note that Sapien Labs makes no representations regarding disclosure obligations that may apply to the respondent itself. Nothing contained in this RFP or any response thereto shall be construed as a commitment of funding, participation, or program approval. Further, Sapien Labs will not provide proprietary or internal details regarding the methodology, algorithms, or processes used to generate individual or aggregate score reports, beyond what is expressly described in program materials. Any engagement resulting from this RFP will be subject to mutually agreed written agreements and compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
